Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and singer. Her most well-known work is her theatre work and in the role of Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch origin and is an American actor and singer best known for her frequent appearances on the popular television show That's So Raven. In 2006, she recorded an original cover of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. As Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's recorded several songs that were featured in the production soundtrack. A song that she recorded is the classic A Change in Me.
